Mr. Minnillo has distinguished himself among bankruptcy practitioners by taking on complex personal and small business Chapter 11 proceedings – something most consumer bankruptcy lawyers are unable or unwilling to do.

Mr. Minnillo is a 1995 graduate of the Cleveland Marshall College of Law where he was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and received the College’s Pro Bono award for his work on immigration issues. Prior to attending law school, he received a Bachelors of Arts in French Studies, cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati in 1992. In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Mr. Minnillo has been an active member of the Legal Aid Society in Cincinnati for the past 17 years, and is a member of the bankruptcy committee for the Cincinnati Bar Assoc since 1996.
